Do we have to pay for every family?

No. Staff seats and sponsored family seats are separate. Families can join using their own plan, or your practice can cover a sponsored family seat with Gold access.

What happens when a professional leaves?

Organization administrators can manage membership and reassign paid capacity. Include resource ownership and family handoff in your transition plan; removing access and transferring responsibility are separate tasks.

Do you offer a BAA?

BAA availability is not confirmed on this website. If your workflow requires a BAA, confirm the agreement and approved configuration with us before entering protected health information. Use fictional details during evaluation.

How do we purchase?

Request a written quote for your team. We will work through staff and family access, purchasing requirements, and rollout scope. Organization pricing and commercial terms are confirmed in that quote.
