How practice rollout works

  1. Talk to us

A 20-minute call to understand your practice size, family flow, and clinical priorities. We will recommend a plan and answer questions about data, billing, and onboarding.

  2. Set up your team

We help you configure clinician seats, sponsored family seats, and your shared template library. Your existing client data stays where it is. Nothing migrates.

  3. Onboard your clinicians

Free 30-minute group call. We walk through the most common workflows your team will use, including how to share a story to a family in under 30 seconds.

  4. Onboard your families

Each clinician sends their families a connection link. Families log in (or use the link without an account, if they prefer) and the stories you create are immediately available.

Questions from practice owners and clinical directors

How is the Practice plan priced?
Licensed clinician seats are $9.99 per month. Sponsored family seats are $4.99 per month each. Volume options are available for practices with five or more SLPs. Contact us for a quote.
Can I switch a family from a sponsored seat to a self-paid seat later?
Yes. If a family stops being a client, you can release the sponsored seat. The family keeps their stories and can continue with a paid plan or downgrade to free.
Do you offer business associate agreements (BAAs)?
We are designed with COPPA requirements in mind, not as a HIPAA-covered platform. Visual social narratives are educational support tools rather than protected health information. If your practice needs a specific data agreement to meet your state board's requirements, contact us and we will work with you.
Can our practice use this for adult clients with cognitive or communication needs?
Yes. While the app is designed primarily for children, the visual narrative approach works for anyone who benefits from advance preparation for new situations. Some practices use it with adult clients in supported living and day programs.
