- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan is free forever — not a trial. You can create 1 child profile, 1 story, and use all core features with no time limit and no credit card required.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
- What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
- You keep access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan — your stories and profiles are never deleted.
- Is there a discount for yearly billing?
- Yes. Annual billing saves you up to 50% vs. monthly. Silver saves 50% ($29.99/yr vs. $59.88/yr), Gold saves 48% ($49.99/yr vs. $95.88/yr), and Professional saves 29% ($84.99/yr vs. $119.88/yr).
- Do you offer discounts for schools or clinics?
- Individual SLPs can use the Professional plan in school and clinic settings, and we provide Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs) on request. Multi-seat district licensing is rolling out soon. For current options, contact us through the schools page.
