A decision you can learn from
Start with a useful evaluation.
Choose a real workflow, a manageable group, and a date to review what you learn. Discuss pilot availability and agree all commercial terms before starting.
Write down the scope
Name the evaluation lead, staff participants, devices, and the situation you want to support. Begin with fictional details. Before including real student or patient information, complete your required approvals and confirm the permitted setup.
Agree the terms
A pilot needs a written duration, cost, support arrangement, and decision at the end. Confirm whether any payment is credited to a later subscription, when that subscription would start, and how data and access are handled if you stop. This page does not advertise a free pilot or a fixed price.
Measure practical usefulness
- Can the intended staff create a suitable first story?
- Can the recipient access the intended version on their device?
- Can staff make an appropriate revision without extra help?
- What setup, accessibility, or support barriers remain?
Record adoption and workflow observations separately from any clinical or educational outcome. Product use alone does not establish effectiveness for a particular child.
Finish with a decision
At the agreed date, review the findings with your decision maker. Proceed with a confirmed scope and written quote, make a specific change to the evaluation, or close it with clear data and access responsibilities.
